Is the dog raincoat actually waterproof or just water-resistant? expand_more
The raincoat is fully waterproof — heat-taped seams over a 10,000–20,000mm PU rain fabric. Tape-sealing the seams is what keeps water out at the needle holes, which is where surface-DWR rain coats leak. We can issue an ISO 811 hydrostatic-head test report per order.
How do you size dog jackets for OEM production? expand_more
We build to a dog size block defined by back length, chest girth and neck girth (XS–XL standard, custom grading available). Send your target breeds or a size chart and we will match the grading.
Can the insulated coat be made as a full snowsuit? expand_more
Yes. The insulated program includes a four-leg full-coverage snowsuit variant for small and short-coat breeds, plus a standard back-coverage coat. Fleece-lined or synthetic-fill, with an optional waterproof-rated shell.
Do you support dropshipping and DDP delivery? expand_more
Yes. We dropship single units DDP to your door and have run fulfillment through Printful and Printify. For volume, standard lead time is sample 7–10 days and bulk 25–35 days.
