We run Taslan and ripstop nylon from 70D up to 228D. Lightweight 70D-100D ripstop produces packable jackets that fold into their own pocket, while heavier 210D-228D Taslan gives a structured coach-jacket feel. Tell us your target weight and end use and we will match the fabric.

On lightweight ripstop a windbreaker folds down to roughly the size of its own pocket or a stuff sack, ideal for running clubs and travel. Exact packed size and weight depend on the chosen denier and trims — we confirm both on the sample so you know what you are buying.

Densely woven nylon blocks around 90% of wind, and a DWR finish makes the face water-repellent enough to shrug off light rain. A windbreaker is wind-first, water-resistant — not a taped waterproof shell. If you need true waterproofing we would steer you to our rain jacket or hardshell line instead.

All-over sublimation print, embroidery, heat-transfer, chenille patches, woven labels, and custom zipper pulls. With Pantone color matching and full private label, windbreakers are our most popular brand-visible category for corporate giveaways, school teams, and DTC streetwear.

MOQ is 30 pieces per design and colorway. A 1-piece paid sample is $100, refunded against your bulk order, so you can check fit, fabric, and print quality on one unit before committing.

Samples ship in 7-10 business days from an approved tech pack; bulk runs of 30-200 pieces take 25-35 days, plus roughly 25-35 days sea freight or 5-7 days air. Windbreakers sell hardest into spring and back-to-school, so order early for those windows.
