We build rain shells and hardshells in the 10K–20K mm range (ISO 811 hydrostatic head), matched to your target market and use case. City rainwear runs 5K–8K; technical mountain and ski shells 10K–20K. Breathability (g/m²/24h) is reported alongside, and hydrostatic-head test reports can be arranged per fabric batch.

Hardshell = membrane plus fully taped seams, 10–20K waterproof, rigid, built for rain and snow. Softshell = stretch face fabric with a PU membrane and fleece backer, 1–10K water-resistant, breathable and flexible for high-output activity. We make both and recommend based on your end use.

Yes. We run fully taped (every seam hot-air taped for true waterproofing) and critically taped (main seams only, lower cost) — both in-house. Your tech pack or reference sample decides the spec.

30 pieces per style, plus 1-piece dropship sampling. You can prove the waterproofing on a single unit before committing to a bulk order.

Yes. We work from a tech pack, photos, or a sample you mail us — reverse-engineering the pattern and building to it. No prior design experience required; we can start from a reference style and refine with you.

Yes. We source PFAS-free / fluorine-free DWR finishes on request — built for the EU and US regulatory shift (France's 2026 PFAS textile ban, the EU restriction in progress, and tightening US state rules). Fluorine-free C0 DWR keeps strong initial water repellency; we pair it with PU/TPU lamination and taped seams so overall waterproofing is not compromised, and REACH / OEKO-TEX reports can be arranged per order to evidence compliance.

Usually no. Waterproofing and breathability are a physical trade-off — a denser membrane blocks more water but vents sweat worse, so an over-spec'd 20K shell on a commuter jacket leaves wearers dry outside but damp inside. For city and light-outdoor use 8K–12K mm with 6,000–8,000 g/m²/24h breathability covers almost all rain; reserve 15K–20K fully taped builds for alpine and ski. We help you match the rating to the real end use rather than over-paying for unused numbers.

We arrange third-party testing to your target market's requirements — OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, ISO 811 waterproof, REACH and similar — with reports issued per order and the cost shared. We supply exactly what your market needs rather than claiming blanket certificates.
