We build 3-layer laminate hardshells from 10K to 20K mm hydrostatic head (ISO 811) paired with 10K-15K g/m2/24h breathability (ASTM E96). Each fabric batch can ship with a hydrostatic-head test report so the numbers on your spec sheet are verifiable, not marketing buzz.
Hardshells are fully taped by default — every seam is hot-air sealed with 18-22mm seam tape (Bemis available on request), not just the high-exposure seams. Critically-taped builds are available if you want to hit a lower price point, and we will flag the trade-off before you commit.
MOQ is 30 pieces per design and colorway. Before bulk you order a 1-piece paid sample at $100, which is refunded against your bulk order so you can validate the 3L construction, taping, and fit on a single unit first.
Yes. We offer C0 non-fluorinated (PFC-free) DWR finishes and Bluesign-compatible chemistries, built for the EU 2027 PFAS restriction and tightening US state rules. We pair PFC-free DWR with the laminate membrane and taped seams so overall waterproofing is not compromised.
Samples ship in 7-10 business days from an approved tech pack; bulk runs of 30-200 pieces take 25-35 days in production. Add roughly 25-35 days for sea freight or 5-7 days for air. Plan backwards from your selling season, since alpine and ski shells sell into autumn/winter windows.
