You send your design — a tech pack, a sketch, or a reference garment — and we quote and confirm the spec. We then sew one production-grade sample on the same line and with the same fabrics and hardware as bulk, send a video walkthrough over WhatsApp, and ship it for your approval before you commit to a production run.

Either works. A detailed tech pack speeds things up, but we regularly develop from a hand sketch plus measurements, or by reverse-engineering a reference garment you mail us. We will fill in construction details and confirm them with you before cutting.

A 1-piece sample is $100 for most categories (3-in-1 systems can be slightly higher). The fee is fully refunded against your first production order of 30 pieces or more, so for brands that move to bulk the sample is effectively free.

Most samples are ready in 7-10 business days, with complex 3-in-1 systems taking 10-14. Express international shipping (DHL or FedEx) is included, so you typically have the physical sample in hand within about two weeks of confirming the spec.

Yes — up to 3 revisions are included before final approval. We document each change against your spec so the approved sample exactly defines what bulk production will replicate. Additional rounds beyond three are quoted case by case.

We accept AI, EPS, PDF and PNG files and digitize your logo for embroidery, print or rubber patch free of charge when you order a sample. Pantone (PMS) colour codes help us match shell and trim colours precisely across the whole order.

They are the same thing here. A prototype — the first physical garment built to your spec — is $100 per piece for most categories, and that $100 is refunded against your first production order of 30 pieces or more. There is no separate development or pattern-making charge on top of it.

Yes. Reference images, photos of a garment you already own, screenshots, or a short video are all workable inputs. We convert them into a written spec, send it back for your confirmation, and only cut once you have signed off — so nothing is built from our interpretation alone.

Yes. The prototype is sewn in one base size, and once you approve the fit we grade the pattern across the size run you specify. We do not impose a standard size curve — you confirm the size set and the quantity split per size before bulk is cut.

Per style and colour, not per size. You can spread those 30 pieces across the sizes in your run however you want. Tell us the split when you place the order and we will confirm it in writing before cutting.
