This website, ptoutwear.com ("PTOUTWEAR", "we", "us"), is operated by Pt Outdoor Products Factory (帕特户外用品厂), a garment manufacturer based in Sanmen, Taizhou, Zhejiang, China, with a trade office in Yiwu. 2. What We Collect

We are a business-to-business (B2B) manufacturer. We only collect the information you choose to send us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site:

• Inquiry data — the name, email address, company name, country, product interest, quantity, and message you enter in our quote/contact form or send via WhatsApp or email.
• Technical data — your IP address and approximate region (country/city), browser type, and referring page, collected automatically when you submit an inquiry, to prevent spam and understand which markets we serve.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not sell to or target consumers. We do not process payment card data on this site.

3. Why We Use It (Legal Basis)

We use your information only to:

• Reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes, send samples, and manage orders — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to and during a business relationship (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

• Hosting & email — our website host and email provider store inquiry submissions and messages.
• Internal lead handling — inquiries are routed to our sales team's internal workspace so we can respond and track your order.
• Logistics & payment partners — if you place an order, we share only what is necessary with the freight forwarder, bank, or trade-assurance platform you choose.

As our operations are based in China, your data may be transferred to and processed outside the EU/EEA. Where you are in the EU/EEA or UK, we handle such transfers on the basis of the contract with you and appropriate safeguards, and limit data to what is necessary to fulfil your inquiry or order.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a customer, for the duration of our business relationship plus the retention period required by applicable tax and trade law. If an inquiry does not lead to business, we delete or anonymise it once it is no longer commercially relevant, typically within 24 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
