We build snow pants from 10K up to 20K mm waterproof (tested to ISO 811) with 10K-15K g/m² breathability. 10K-15K suits resort and street riding; 20K is for wet maritime snow and backcountry days. Tell us your end market and we will recommend the right fabric weight and rating.

Critical seams are taped as standard and we offer fully taped construction on request. The ankle hems get Cordura or ballistic scuff guards to resist edge cuts and lift-bar wear, and inner boot gaiters with a gripper hem keep powder out of the boot.

Yes. We pattern both the oversized baggy cargo cut with drop-crotch and wide leg, and a trimmer articulated ski fit. Each fit is a separate design, so it counts toward its own 30-piece MOQ. We can also add cargo pockets, inner-thigh zip vents and a jacket-to-pant clip interface to match your jacket.

Fully OEM/ODM. We Pantone-match shell, zip and trim colours, add your woven labels, hangtags and embroidered or heat-transfer logos, and digitize your artwork free from AI, EPS, PDF or PNG files when you order a sample. Private-label packaging is available.

Sampling is 7-10 business days; bulk is 25-35 days for 30-200 pieces, plus 25-35 days sea or 5-7 days air freight. To hit the late-autumn buying window, lock your sample by August and place bulk by September so taped-seam production and shipping finish before peak demand.

Every run is built on the same line that sewed your approved sample, by our 240-worker factory in Sanmen, Zhejiang (operating since 2013). We do in-line and final inspections on waterproofing, seam taping, zip function and measurements before the order ships.
