PTOUTWEAR applies custom logos and branding on outdoor jackets in-house at Pt Outdoor Products Factory (est. 2013) in Sanmen, Taizhou, China, using 6 techniques — high-density 3D embroidery (up to 1,500 stitches/cm²), sublimation, screen print, heat transfer, laser-cut appliqué and woven labels — which can be combined on one garment alongside custom neck labels and hangtags. Logo customization is included from the 30-piece MOQ per colorway with a 4-week lead time, and the 3,000 m² plant holds ISO 9001, SGS and PFC-Free DWR certifications.

Six in-house methods: high-density 3D embroidery, sublimation, screen print (up to 8 colors), heat transfer, laser-cut appliqué, and woven labels. For a brand logo we default to embroidery; rubber/PVC patches and metal badges are also available. Multiple methods can be combined on one garment.
Vector files are best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG — because they scale cleanly to any size. We also accept high-resolution PNG. For embroidery we convert your file into a stitch file (digitizing); for print we set up your artwork to the correct dimensions and Pantone colors.
Embroidery requires a one-time digitizing step to turn your logo into a stitch file, and screen print needs film/screen setup. These one-time fees are modest and are often waived or credited against a bulk order — we confirm the exact cost in your quote.
Common placements are left chest, full back, sleeve, collar/neck label, cuff and hem. You can specify multiple placements on one garment — for example an embroidered chest logo plus a laser-cut sleeve patch and a woven neck label, all in one production run.
MOQ is 30 pieces per design per colorway, and your custom logo is included from that first run. Custom molded items such as branded metal zipper pulls carry their own higher minimum (around 500 pieces for the mold).
Yes. We Pantone-match embroidery thread and print inks to your brand colors. Send your Pantone (TPX/TCX or C) references and we select the closest thread shades, confirming on your paid sample before bulk so the color is locked.
