From One Sample to
Full Production — the Whole Path

Roughly: 1–3 days to quote, 5–7 days to sample, a round or two of review, then about 4 weeks of standard production — plus shipping. On a tight deadline we run rush production, up to 1,000 pieces in around 2 weeks, and air-freight instead of sea.

The sample fee is $100. It is refunded in full on your first 30-piece production order, so on any real order the sample effectively costs nothing. It covers our fabric, hardware and operator time to build one true-to-production piece.

The first two revision rounds are free, and most programs approve within them. We keep adjusting and re-sampling until the fit, fabric and finish are right — nothing goes to bulk production on a sample you have not approved.

Every order is inspected against your approved sample to AQL 2.5 — the standard garment-trade acceptance level — or a stricter level you specify, before it ships. Units that fall short are reworked, not shipped. The approved sample is the reference standard the whole order is measured against.

Yes. Your sample is built with the same fabrics, hardware and operators as production, so what you approve is what you receive — not a hand-finished showroom piece that bulk can't match.

Yes. DDP is available — we handle duties and delivery to your door, so you quote and plan against a landed cost instead of managing freight and customs yourself. Air or sea freight depending on your timeline and budget.
