Starting from proven jacket blocks or your own patterns, it applies your branding end-to-end — custom woven or printed neck labels, care labels, branded hangtags and packaging — so garments ship retail-ready with no factory marks. Private label runs start at a 30-piece MOQ per colorway with woven labels and hangtags included from the first run; the 3,000 m² plant holds ISO 9001, SGS and PFC-Free DWR certifications.

Yes. We produce custom woven (damask or satin) or printed neck labels and multi-language printed care labels to your artwork, then sew them in during production. No factory marks appear anywhere on the garment — it ships as if it were always your brand.
Yes. We produce custom hangtags on cardstock or recycled paper with UV print or embossed logo, plus custom-printed polybags and optional gift boxes. Everything is coordinated in one production run so your unboxing is fully on-brand.
Yes. We add barcode hangtags (EAN-13, UPC-A or GS1 QR) and can polybag and label each unit for Amazon FBA or direct retail. For ongoing programs we can also fulfill direct to your customers from stock you hold with us.
We keep your approved sealed sample, Pantone color references, label artwork and tech pack on file. Every reorder is matched against that record so neck labels, colors and finishing stay identical batch after batch.
MOQ is 30 pieces per design per colorway. Custom woven labels and hangtags are included from that first run; only custom molded items like branded zipper pulls carry their own higher minimum (around 500 pieces for a custom mold).
Once a style is approved and on file, reorders skip sampling and go straight to bulk: typically 25-35 days production, plus 25-35 days sea freight or 5-7 days air. We recommend reordering before you sell through to cover the shipping window.
