Our MOQ is 30 pairs per design and colourway. Because gloves are usually added to an existing jacket and pants order, most brands run them in the same 30-piece batches to keep one consistent kit colourway across the whole order.
We build in a separate breathable waterproof membrane insert (Hipora-type or TPU-backed) sandwiched between the outer shell and the lining, rather than just coating the outer fabric. This keeps melting snow out while letting hand sweat escape on deep-snow days. Seam sealing on the insert is available on request.
Yes. We offer goat-leather palms for grip and durability or a hard-wearing synthetic palm with reinforced PU grip zones at a lower cost. We can also mix them — for example a leather palm with a synthetic back-of-hand — and add touchscreen-conductive index and thumb tips so riders use phones without removing the glove.
Sampling takes 7-10 business days and bulk production runs 25-35 days for 30-200 pairs. Add 25-35 days for sea freight or 5-7 days for air. To land stock before the December retail peak, confirm your sample by August and place the bulk order by early-to-mid September.
Both. We make gauntlet-style gloves that cinch over the jacket sleeve and short-cuff gloves that tuck inside it. Your branding goes on the cuff as embroidery or a rubber patch, with the design digitized free from your AI, EPS, PDF or PNG file and the colours Pantone-matched to your kit.
Yes. We make a 1-pair production-grade sample for a $100 fee, sewn on the same line and with the same insert and palm material as your bulk run. The fee is fully refunded against your first production order of 30 pairs or more.
