The client runs a fashion e-commerce store on Spain’s marketplace platforms. They wanted to add a private-label single-layer fleece jacket to their catalogue — but had no prior experience sourcing from China and couldn’t commit to large quantities before validating the product with their customers.

• No minimum order — needed to start with a single sample, then fulfil one-by-one as orders came in

What We Did

We started with a single-piece sample — the client ordered one jacket to verify fit, fabric weight, and label placement before committing to any stock.

After the sample was approved, we set up a drop-ship arrangement: the client sends individual orders as sales come in; we pick, label, and dispatch each unit within 3 working days. No warehouse overhead on their end.

The jacket: a single-layer anti-pilling polar fleece, 300 GSM, available in 6 colours, with the client’s private woven label sewn at the neckline. No MOQ on reorders — each piece dispatched individually.

The Result

The client launched the product, received positive customer feedback on quality and fit, and has been placing repeat orders consistently since launch. The drop-ship model means zero inventory risk — they only pay per unit sold.
