The high-back chest bib panel seals the lower-back gap, so no snow gets in when a rider bends, crouches or falls — the main weakness of waist-cut pants in deep snow. It is the premium tier of a snowboard kit and a strong margin add-on alongside your jacket and pants line.

Bibs use elastic suspenders with quick-release buckles and a stretch-back yoke for comfortable all-day wear. The rear drop-seat relief zip lets riders use the bathroom without removing layers. Both are standard; we can adjust suspender width and buckle hardware to your spec.

Bibs run 15K-20K mm waterproof (ISO 811) with 10K-15K g/m² breathability and fully taped seams as standard — a higher baseline than our regular pants, because the chest panel and seat see the most snow contact. Inner boot gaiters and zip thigh vents are included.

Yes. We pattern the chest bib to sit flat under a shell or insulated jacket without bulk, and can match the colourway and powder-skirt interface to your jacket line so the full kit reads as one collection. Fit and rise are adjustable to your size grade.

MOQ is 30 pieces per design and colourway. We build a 1-piece production-grade sample for a $100 fee (refunded against a bulk order of 30+), in 7-10 business days, using the same fabric, taping and hardware as your production run.

Bulk production is 25-35 days for 30-200 pieces, plus 25-35 days sea or 5-7 days air freight. Confirm your sample by August and place bulk by early September to have fully-taped bibs in stock before the winter retail peak.
