Starting from proven jacket blocks or your own patterns, it applies your branding end-to-end — custom woven or printed neck labels, care labels, branded hangtags and packaging — so garments ship retail-ready with no factory marks. Yes. We produce custom hangtags on cardstock or recycled paper with UV print or embossed logo, plus custom-printed polybags and optional gift boxes. Everything is coordinated in one production run so your unboxing is fully on-brand.

MOQ is 30 pieces per design per colorway. Custom woven labels and hangtags are included from that first run; only custom molded items like branded zipper pulls carry their own higher minimum (around 500 pieces for a custom mold).
Once a style is approved and on file, reorders skip sampling and go straight to bulk: typically 25-35 days production, plus 25-35 days sea freight or 5-7 days air. We recommend reordering before you sell through to cover the shipping window.
Private label means the jacket ships under your brand, not ours. These are the questions brand owners and distributors ask us before the first sample.
White label means putting your logo on a jacket the factory already makes and sells to other buyers, so a competitor can source the identical garment. Private label means the jacket is produced for your brand to your specification, colourway, labels and packaging, and is not offered to other customers. OEM means the design originates with you — your tech pack, your pattern — and the factory manufactures to it. Most brands start private label by adjusting an existing block to their spec, then move to full OEM once volume justifies developing their own patterns. We work at all three levels.
A private label program is worth doing only if the finished garment carries no trace of the factory. Every touchpoint below is produced to your artwork.
The real barrier to a private label line is not unit price, it is minimum order quantity. Most jacket factories quote 500 to 1,000 pieces per style, which locks a new brand into five figures of inventory before a single unit sells. Our MOQ is 30 pieces per style, with 1-piece sampling at $100 refunded against the bulk order, so the money at risk in validating a style stays small. Unit cost itself is driven by fabric, layer construction, seam sealing, hardware and the branding items above, which is why we quote against a tech pack rather than publishing a price list.
We ship DDP when you want landed cost quoted as a single number, which takes customs clearance and import duty off your side of the transaction — the usual reason distributors in Chile, Mexico and Brazil prefer a China factory that can quote DDP over one that only quotes FOB. We also ship FOB and EXW where your freight forwarder handles clearance. Give us the destination country and preferred Incoterm with the quote request, because it changes both the price and the paperwork you have to produce.
The sequence that works is: agree the spec, order a 1-piece sample, wear-test it in your actual market conditions, then place a 30-piece confirmation run before committing to a season. Standard bulk lead time is 4 weeks from approved sample and confirmed materials; rush runs up to 1,000 pieces can ship in 2 weeks. Keep the approved sample sealed and signed — it becomes the quality reference every later production run is checked against, and it is your protection if a batch drifts.
