We build to a Class 2/3 compatible layout — fluorescent yellow or orange fabric with 3M Scotchlite retroreflective tape positioned for EN ISO 20471 conformity. We arrange third-party EN ISO 20471 (or ANSI/ISEA 107) testing per order so you receive a certified test report rather than an unverified claim. Tell us your destination market and we will spec to the right class.
Our workwear shells use 600D-1680D Oxford for abrasion, tear and puncture resistance, with a PU 5K-10K mm waterproof coating and taped seams for wet environments. The 1000D-1680D grades survive 50+ industrial wash cycles, which is what trade crews and rental-laundry programs need.
Yes. We bar-tack and reinforce high-stress seams, pockets and zipper anchors, and build custom layouts for trade workers — tool pockets, badge holders, radio loops and D-rings. Send us the roles your crew works and we will design the pocket and reinforcement layout around them.
Yes — embroidery, heat-transfer and woven labels are all in-house, plus a reflective logo print option that stays visible in low light. We Pantone-match corporate colors and run full private-label uniform programs. Our 12-year, 240-worker factory handles crew-scale orders comfortably.
Flame-resistant fabric options are available on request for safety-critical roles, and we offer OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified fabric for skin-contact safety. As with hi-vis, we arrange the specific third-party test certificate your market requires per order.
MOQ is 30 pieces per design and colorway. A 1-piece paid sample is $100, refundable against bulk. Samples take 7-10 business days; bulk runs 25-35 days for 30-200 pieces, plus sea freight +25-35 days or air +5-7 days to your destination.
Construction crews, logistics teams, safety contractors — we build hi-vis kits at scale.
