RDS Down or PFC-Free Synthetic

We manufacture both. Down (650-800 fill power) gives the best warmth-to-weight ratio and packs to a quarter of the volume — ideal for premium retail and expedition lines. Synthetic insulation (80-200gsm) retains 70-80% of its warmth when wet, is hypoallergenic and vegan-friendly, and hits lower price points. Tell us your climate target and retail tier and we will model the trade-off with you.

Yes, RDS-certified (Responsible Down Standard) goose down is available on request for our 800 fill-power premium grade, with traceability documentation supplied per order. Our accessible 650 fill-power 90/10 duck down can also be sourced to RDS where required. We provide the certificate and supply-chain paperwork rather than making a blanket claim.

For lightweight mid-layer puffers we typically run 60-100g of 650-700FP down; for cold-weather parkas we move to 150-250g of 800FP down or 200gsm synthetic. There is no universal temperature rating in apparel, so we spec fill weight against your target use case and baffle layout. Share your warmth goal and we will engineer the fill to match.

MOQ is 30 pieces per design and colorway. A 1-piece paid sample is $100, fully refundable against your bulk order, so you can validate baffle construction, fill loft and fit before committing to production.

Samples take 7-10 business days. Bulk production runs 25-35 days for 30-200 pieces. On top of that, allow sea freight +25-35 days or air freight +5-7 days depending on your shipping choice and destination.

Yes. We do full Pantone color matching on shell fabrics, plus custom logos via embroidery, heat-transfer or woven labels, and full private-label packaging. Send your tech pack or design file — our 12-year factory in Sanmen, Zhejiang handles OEM/ODM and design-file digitizing in-house.
