Our standard MOQ is 30 pieces per design and colorway. You can validate fit, fabric, and branding first with a 1-piece paid sample ($100, refundable against your bulk order) before committing to production.

We build ski jackets from 10K/10K up to 20K/20K membrane fabrics (waterproof mm / breathability g/m²). All exterior seams are fully taped and critical zippers are waterproof-coated. Tell us your target slope conditions and we will spec the membrane and DWR finish accordingly.

Powder snow skirt, helmet-compatible adjustable hood, lift-pass pocket, goggle wipe, internal media pocket, wrist gaiters with thumb loops, pit-zip venting, and RECCO reflector integration are all available. Send your feature list and we will confirm what fits your budget and MOQ.

Shell-only (no insulation), synthetic fill (60–200 gsm PrimaLoft-style), or down (700–800 fill power with RDS-certified sourcing on request). We can also build 3-in-1 systems with a zip-out inner layer.

Sample: 7–10 business days from an approved tech pack. Bulk production: 25–35 days for 30–200 pieces. Sea freight adds 25–35 days, air freight 5–7 days. Northern-hemisphere ski season runs Nov–Mar, so order by July for October stock.

Yes. Embroidery, heat-transfer, woven labels, custom zipper pulls, hangtags, and full private-label packaging are all available. We Pantone-match body and trim colors, and digitize your logo files (AI, EPS, PDF, high-res PNG) at no charge with your sample order.
