Yes. We produce 4-way mechanical-stretch softshell with a PU membrane and fleece backer for wind-blocking, breathable, flexible jackets — built to your tech pack or reference style.
Can I specify the fabric GSM and weight? expand_more
Yes. We build to your specified weight, for example 320gsm matte polyester 4-way stretch. Send fabric type, target GSM, Pantone colors, wind/water-resistance targets and quantity for an accurate quote.
Softshell or hardshell — which should I order? expand_more
Softshell = stretch face fabric with a PU membrane and fleece backer, 1–10K water-resistant, breathable and flexible for high-output activity. Hardshell = membrane plus fully taped seams, 10–20K waterproof, rigid, for rain and snow. We make both and recommend based on your end use.
What zippers do you use? Can I get YKK? expand_more
YKK waterproof reverse-coil zippers are our default for a premium feel; we also quote SBS for budget builds. The main front zip and waterproof pocket zips can be specced separately.
What is your MOQ? Can you do small runs? expand_more
30 pieces per style, plus 1-piece dropship sampling — so you can validate fit and fabric on a single unit before committing to a bulk order.

We arrange third-party testing to your target market's requirements — OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, REACH and similar — with reports issued per order and the cost shared. We supply exactly what your market needs rather than claiming blanket certificates.
