PTOUTWEAR (legally 帕特户外用品厂 / Pt Outdoor Products Factory) is an outdoor apparel manufacturer based in coastal Zhejiang, founded December 2013. We operate a 3,000 m² production facility in Sanmen, Taizhou — adjacent to the renowned Wenling-Yuhuan outdoor apparel cluster — with our international trade office in Yiwu, China's largest export trading hub. 240 skilled workers across 20 production lines. We specialize in technical outerwear — hardshell, softshell, 3-in-1, ski, windbreaker, rain, insulated, and workwear — with construction comparable to leading premium outdoor brands.
What makes us different isn't the machinery (every serious factory has the same machines). It's the 30-piece bulk MOQ, 1-piece sampling, and even single-piece dropship fulfillment built into our production workflow from day one. We didn't retrofit small-batch capability onto a bulk-production system. We built around it. Over the years we've produced for 100+ brands — from first-order Shopify founders to repeat corporate buyers.
The result: brands that would have been turned away from larger factories — Shopify dropshippers, corporate teamwear buyers, school sport teams, emerging DTC startups — can now access the same quality of premium technical outerwear as Patagonia, Arc'teryx, and The North Face.
