We are a woven technical-outerwear factory. T-shirts, hoodies and knit basics need different machines and mills — not our lane.

blockSingle-piece retail orders

We sample one piece, but production starts at a 30-piece MOQ. If you need one finished jacket for personal use, a print-on-demand service fits better than an OEM factory.

blockPromo "6 jackets with a logo" decorator jobs

For a handful of blank jackets with an embroidered logo, a local promotional decorator is faster and cheaper. We're built for custom-spec OEM production, not blank-plus-badge.

blockNo tech pack, no reference, no spec

We can work from a tech pack, a spec sheet, or a sample to copy. We can't quote or sample accurately from a verbal idea alone — we'll help you build a spec first.

blockLuxury-brand GORE-TEX contract manufacturing

We're a flexible small-batch custom factory, not a licensed luxury-tier contractor. If you need certified GORE-TEX licensee production at brand-house scale, that's a different factory profile.

blockCertifications we don't yet hold

We hold ISO 9001, SGS and PFC-Free DWR today. OEKO-TEX, BSCI, GRS and bluesign are in progress — we will not claim a certificate we don't currently have.

Why We Publish Our Limits

A factory that says yes to everything says yes to your project the same way it says yes to jobs it can\'t deliver. We\'d rather lose a bad-fit inquiry in five minutes than lose your trust in week six. Everything on the "we make" side is backed by machines on our own floor; everything on the "we decline" side is a job we\'d only do badly. If you\'re not sure which side your project sits on, tell us the spec and we\'ll give you a straight answer before you commit to a sample.

Capability & Fit FAQ

Do you have seam-sealing and waterproof-zipper capability in-house? expand_more

Yes. We run 5 seam-taping/heat-sealing machines and 3 dedicated waterproof-zipper machines on our own floor. We build fully-taped and critically-taped waterproof outerwear with YKK Aquaguard zippers — seam sealing is core to what we make, not outsourced.

Can you work from a tech pack and a reference sample? expand_more

Yes. Send a tech pack, a spec sheet, or mail us a jacket to copy. Our in-house pattern room and 2 CAD-CAM automated cutters turn your files or reference into a first physical sample. No design experience required to start.

Can you match a specific fabric like 320gsm 4-way stretch softshell with YKK zippers and high-density embroidery? expand_more

Yes — that is squarely in our lane. We produce bonded stretch softshell, spec YKK hardware as standard on request, and run high-density embroidery on 5 in-house heads. Send the spec and we'll confirm feasibility and quote before sampling.

Will you take a single-piece or a small logo-only order? expand_more

We'll sample a single piece ($100, refunded on your first order), but production starts at a 30-piece MOQ. For one finished jacket, or a handful of blanks with just a logo, a print-on-demand or local decorator service is a better fit than an OEM factory — we'll tell you so.

What do you NOT make? expand_more

Knitwear, T-shirts and cut-sew jersey basics; single-piece retail orders; blank-plus-logo promo decorator jobs; projects with no tech pack, reference or spec; and luxury-tier licensed contract manufacturing. We say no upfront so you don't discover it after a failed sample.

Which certifications can you actually back today? expand_more

ISO 9001, SGS test reports on demand, and PFC-free C0 DWR finishes. OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI, GRS and bluesign are in progress for 2026 and clearly marked pending — we never claim a certificate we don't hold.
