1. About These Terms

This website, ptoutwear.com, is operated by Pt Outdoor Products Factory (帕特户外用品厂) ("PTOUTWEAR", "we", "us"), a garment manufacturer in Sanmen, Taizhou, Zhejiang, China. By using this site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Business Use Only

PTOUTWEAR is a business-to-business (B2B) contract manufacturer. This site and our services are intended for businesses, brands, resellers, and organisations. We do not sell finished goods to individual consumers through this website. Minimum order quantities and sampling fees apply as stated on the relevant pages.

3. Quotes and Orders

Information on this site — including product descriptions, lead times, prices, and MOQs — is provided for guidance and does not constitute a binding offer.
A binding order arises only when we issue a written quote or proforma invoice and you confirm it, typically with the agreed deposit.
Sample fees, deposits, balance payments, trade terms (Incoterms), and lead times are governed by our Order & Payment Terms, which form part of these Terms.
Bulk production is made to your specifications; once production of a confirmed order has started, it generally cannot be cancelled.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Designs, logos, tech packs, and artwork you send us remain your property. We use them solely to quote and produce your order, and we routinely sign a mutual NDA on request before reviewing proprietary designs.
The content of this website — text, images, and branding — is owned by PTOUTWEAR or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that any design, brand, or logo you ask us to produce does not infringe a third party's rights.

5. Product Information & Samples

We work hard to describe our capabilities, fabrics, and certifications accurately. Natural variation in materials, colour, and hand-feel can occur between samples and bulk production within normal industry tolerances. We recommend approving a physical sample before bulk production; approved samples are the reference standard for your order.

6. Quality & Claims

Every order passes a pre-shipment inspection with photo and video for your approval before we ship. Genuine quality issues are handled case by case — rework, remake, or refund — as agreed with your dedicated sales contact. Claims must be raised promptly after receipt, with photos and a clear description.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PTOUTWEAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost profits or business interruption) arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled by the competent courts or arbitration body at our place of business, unless a separate signed contract with you specifies otherwise. Mandatory consumer- or business-protection rights in your own country are not affected.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
